Michelle Physical Therapy is an out-of-network licensed physical therapist. We will provide the service of billing your insurance company for you. We will also verify your insurance benefits prior to your first visit. Most insurance companies reimburse at the rate of 60-80%.

Payment is due in full at the time of each visit. We prefer checks or cash but do accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover)
